Let's talk money.

How you price your work says something about what you value. I want to understand your philosophy, not just your rates.

Question 1 of 5

How do you decide what to charge?

Not the formula — the philosophy behind it.

See how Aaron might answer this...

I start with what I need to live. Rent, supplies, insurance — the real numbers. Then I think about how many projects I can actually do well in a year. Not how many I can cram in. How many I can do RIGHT. Divide that out, add some padding for the surprises, and that's my day rate. It's not magic, it's math that respects my life.

Version A Design Notes:

  • Interview format — one question at a time
  • Progress indicator shows journey
  • Back navigation for editing
  • Pros: Focused, no overwhelm
  • Cons: Linear, may feel slow

Version A

One question at a time with progress.

Risk: Feels like interrogation

Version B

Pick the prompts that resonate.

Risk: Might skip hard questions

Version C

Tell stories, we extract values.

Risk: Extraction may miss nuance

Phase 3: Burst Adoption
